DFY Agent is a hosted, AI-powered YouTube automation application that helps users generate and publish video content using third-party APIs.

02User Accounts

You must: Provide accurate registration information, Keep your login credentials secure, and Be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

03License & Access

• DFY Agent is sold as a one-time purchase license.
• License keys are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Access level depends on your license tier.
• Abuse, sharing, or reselling access is prohibited.

04User Responsibilities

You agree: To comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google API policies. Not to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without rights. Not to misuse automation for spam or deceptive practices. You are solely responsible for content published using DFY Agent.

05API Usage & Costs

Users provide their own API keys. DFY Agent does not cover third-party API usage costs. API limits and restrictions are set by the API providers.

06Prohibited Activities

You may not: Reverse engineer or copy the Service, Share license keys, Attempt to bypass license checks, Exploit or overload the system, or Use DFY Agent for illegal purposes.

07Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access for security reasons.

08Refund Policy

Refunds are handled through JVZoo, Warrior+, ClickBank, or Digistore24. Refund eligibility is subject to the marketplace’s specific refund policy.

09Disclaimer

DFY Agent is provided “as is” without guarantees of: Earnings, Traffic, YouTube growth, or Monetization results. Results depend on user strategy, niche, and market conditions.

10Limitation of Liability

DFY Agent and its owners shall not be liable for: Loss of data, Account suspension by YouTube, API changes by third parties, or Indirect or consequential damages.

11Termination

We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate access, Revoke licenses for violations, or Block abusive users.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates.
