DFY Agent (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Google API Services User Data Policy. This document provides a comprehensive disclosure of how our application accesses, uses, stores, and handles Google user data.

1. Data Accessed

DFY Agent accesses the following specific types of Google user data via the YouTube Data API v3:

• YouTube Channel Metadata: Channel identifiers (UCID), channel titles, and basic profile statistics required to link your automation nodes.
• YouTube Video Management Data: Capabilities to upload video files, set metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), and configure privacy settings for videos generated within the app.

2. Data Usage

How we use, process, and handle the Google user data we access:

• Automation Pipeline: To automate the scheduling and publishing of video content you generate through our AI synthesis nodes.
• Contextual Synthesis: To synchronize your specific niche settings with your YouTube channel’s existing SEO requirements for high-performance content generation.
• Dashboard Reporting: To provide you with real-time status updates on your automation activities within your private terminal.

Limited Use Disclosure: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Sharing

DFY Agent does not share Google user data with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other entities. All data processing occurs locally within your browser or directly between your device and Google/YouTube API endpoints. We use the Google Gemini API solely for content synthesis as triggered by your explicit command, and no user-identifiable data is shared for model training purposes.

4. Data Storage & Protection

Our practices for securely storing and protecting user data:

• Localized Storage: Your YouTube API keys and Channel IDs are stored exclusively in your browser’s LocalStorage and are never transmitted to our central servers.
• In-Memory Processing: Sensitive authentication tokens are processed in-memory during active sessions and cleared upon closing the terminal.
• TLS Encryption: All data transmitted to Google/YouTube services is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS).
